Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
All our products are packed with care and shipped via DHL or DPD. Shipping costs start at €4.50. For orders over €60: no shipping costs within the Netherlands. We also ship to Belgium starting from €10 for orders under €120. Above this amount, shipping is free.
Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. If you place an order on one of these days, it will be shipped on Tuesday.
Returns:
In accordance with legal regulations, you have a 14-day reflection period, starting the day after receiving the goods. During this period, you must handle the goods and packaging carefully.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within the reflection period, please follow these steps:

Notify us of your intention to return the item(s) via email: info@dressitup.nl.
Wait for approval, which we will send by email as soon as possible. -
Within 14 days of receipt, return the order in its original condition and original packaging, with the labels still attached, to the following return address:

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you send the package with sufficient postage; otherwise it will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged or used items. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk. Refunds for amounts you have already paid will be made no later than 30 days after cancellation of the purchase.
